ACCOUNTS
Why is it necessary to activate an account in order to use our service?Your 4-Clip account offers functionality and ease of use. Your account will track invoicing and shipment addresses, you will only need to insert this information once. Your account will also memorize the chronology of orders, showing previous orders and any remaining credit, so you can keep your account up to date. You will find it easy to check your purchased packages and services. Additionally, any unused credits will stored for effortless use later on.
What I can use as a password for my account?
It is possible to use all the alphanumeric characters excluding any special characters. For security reasons, our software requires the password to be at least 5 characters. Apart from this, there are no other restrictions. The password is case sensitive, this means ''code" and '' Code'' are not dealt with in the same way. It is advised, for a greater security, to use a combination of letters and numbers and use capital letters in mixed style.
What happens if you forget your password or need to change it?
If you accidentally forget your password, it is possible to recover the password and eventually change it at any time. It is recommended to keep your password secure and not to divulge it to anyone, including the staff at 4-Flying who work constantly for you will not be able to recover your password. You will need to send an email that corresponds to the email associated with the password created during the activation process.

How can I order online?Just click on the purchase push-button which best suits your requirement found on the Home Page. In order to proceed with your purchase it is necessary to verify who you are. If you have not already activated an account you can do this using the appropriate accounts page. On completion of your purchase click on the link ''go to check out''. You will be asked to insert your email address for delivery of the link "download" and invoicing. Then choose the payment method.
Check your order, and finally click on the push-button ''Confirm order'' this will complete your order. You will then receive the confirmation of successful payment by email.
How does the purchase procedure work?

How much will it cost?The purchase price is defined by the quantity and complexity of the files required.
Prices do not include local taxes.
Can I accumulate the quantity?
Yes the quantity of cut-outs can be accumulated during the 12 months following the initial purchase. At the end of a 12 month period the quantity will return to zero.

How are your files dealt the with?The files that come into our possession will be processed according to existing legislation and protected by any copyright laws.
Properties files processed by 4-Flying on behalf of the Customer
The images we work on are sole property of the client who claims to own the rights to the regular use of them. The 'improper use by Customer of any copyright laws or any other violation is not attributable to 4-Flying.

Once your files have been checked and successfully verified, your images will not be archived but they will be deleted from our servers. Furthermore we also guarantee that your images will not be used in any way and they will not be disclosed to any third party.

C) On opening and saving your images no colour profile will be used.
D) The files that come into our possession will be processed according to existing legislation and protected by any copyright laws.
E) The images we work on are sole property of the client who claims to own the rights to the regular use of them. The 'improper use by Customer of any copyright laws or any other violation is not attributable to 4-Flying.
F) During the file transfer, data transfer is at your own risk, therefore, 4-Flying shall not be held responsible for any interception by third parties.
